By using the Application or the Website, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and are not prohibited by applicable law from using or accessing the Website or the Application.

You can only use the e-voucher / gift card for one time.

E-vouchers and gift cards are case sensitive. Please enter the code exactly as shown.

Any form of CD keys, e-voucher, gift cards, prepaid cards that have been reviewed from LikeCard account or delivered via email or mobile message is not refundable or interchangeable.

LikeCard and its affiliates shall not be liable for wrong purchases made by yourself, due to negligence and/or the inserting false/fake information, which may result in damage/loss. By purchasing any e-voucher/gift card from LikeCard, you understand, admit and accept LikeCard disclaimer.

When requesting direct credit shipping services, you acknowledge that you must carefully read the product description and confirm that the electronic goods you have purchased are correct.

During the period of e-goods redemption, if the value of the goods is more than the amount stated in your account or in the payment process, LikeCard is authorized to settle the balance directly on your account.

After delivery, LikeCard is not liable for any loss or damage to the electronic goods that were purchased through LikeCard Store. LikeCoupon does not bear responsibility for any invalid voucher if the purchase period exceeds 15 days.

A maximum of five (5) products may be added to a single order.

The maximum number of daily orders permitted using payment cards is as follows:

• Saudi Arabia: No limit.
• GCC countries: Up to ten (10) orders per day.
• Other countries: One (1) order per day.

The maximum amount that may be used from the available balance for purchase transactions is SAR 500 (five hundred Saudi Riyals) or its equivalent value.

The program points earned under the loyalty program have a validity period starting from the date of crediting the points and up to 3 months. Points received from prizes provided by LikeCard are valid for 2 weeks only. If customers did not use the points within the specified period, they are automatically deducted. Customers can track the validity period through the points' history shown in the application.

The Company reserves the right to modify the loyalty program at any time without prior notice, including the benefits and terms and conditions related to it.

• Customers are responsible for keeping abreast of the terms and any modifications. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of such modifications.
• The Company may cancel the Loyalty Program in whole or in part without prior notice, and all unredeemed points will be forfeited without the Company assuming any liability.
• The Company has the right to cancel the loyalty program of any customer if it considers, in its reasonable opinion, that they violated the terms, committed fraudulent behavior, provided false or misleading information, or insulted the Company or one of its employees on any social media platform. The customer will lose all advantages and any right to use them.
• LikeCard has the right to partially or completely delete your balance in case it was obtained fraudulently, and reserves the right to amend the balance without referring to the customer.

The liability and warranties of LikeCard are limited to products, services, and digital benefits resulting from valid and lawful transactions conducted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, as well as the Company's Terms and Conditions and approved policies.
The Company reserves the right, at its reasonable discretion and after conducting such reviews or verifications as it deems appropriate, to suspend, restrict, cancel, or recover any product, service, or digital benefit, or to take any other appropriate action in relation thereto, if it is determined or if there are reasonable indications that its source, method of acquisition, use, conversion, or transfer is associated with any unauthorized, unlawful, or non-compliant activity, or with any violation of applicable laws, regulations, the Company's Terms and Conditions, or approved policies.
In any such case, the Company shall bear no liability towards the user or any third party for any consequences arising from the implementation of such actions, while retaining all of its legal, regulatory, and contractual rights to claim compensation or take any other actions it deems appropriate.

The purchase process will be executed when the transaction is correct and unquestionable. Any purchase process under doubt, incorrect or consecutively rejected, will be stopped immediately and not executed. The full amount will be returned to the transferred account without reference to the client, the membership will be suspended, and all information will be sent to the Department of Cybercrime to complete legal proceedings.

It takes up to three weeks to return the amount to the owner in case the request is not executed.

By registering on the site, you agree to receive messages containing offers and discounts for the products offered on the site.

When purchasing from the Buy and Win section, the winner must post through their own accounts on social media that they are the winner of the raffles, in order to ensure transparency and credibility of LikeCard in the draw process.

In case the customer requests to recover the amount of their transfer from one bank to another, LikeCard does not incur commissions or transfer fees.

The request will not be executed in case of transferring from multiple bank accounts.

In some cases, your order may not be approved for several reasons — for example, if the product is unavailable, incorrectly priced, or found to be fraudulent. We will refund you for orders that are not accepted or canceled. We may ask you to provide additional information before approval.

When purchasing or sending e-mail, you agree to receive any emails from us.

Any gifts or promotional codes that customers may receive as rewards are valid for only 3 days unless otherwise stated in the advertisement details.

If the customer uses a discount coupon in the purchase process, then no points will be calculated in that process.

LikeCard and its affiliates have the right to make any amendments or changes to the site or application and to the policies and agreements associated with the site, including the privacy policy, as well as the document for the terms and conditions of service.
